One practical note: jackets are bulky, and agents charge by volumetric weight when it exceeds actual weight. Agent warehouses can usually repack items to shrink the box — worth asking for on any puffer — and shipping a jacket alongside smaller items in one consolidated parcel spreads the cost.

How do I check jacket quality from QC photos?

Zoom the stitching lines, zipper branding, badge embroidery and down distribution. Reputable batches photograph well; mushy badges or wavy seams are your cue to exchange.

Are puffer jackets expensive to ship?

They're light but bulky, so volumetric weight can apply. Ask the warehouse to compress/repack, and expect the equivalent of 2–3 kg for a big puffer on most lines.

Do jacket sizes run small?

Usually yes — Asian sizing runs one size small for Western fits. Check the listing's pit-to-pit and length measurements in cm against a jacket you own.
